Middleton made our list , and for good reason. It’s the company’s flagship portable speaker, so it’s packed with both bells and whistle tones. It offers 50 watts of 360-degree sound and a rugged IP67 exterior. In addition to the passive radiators on the side, there are dual woofers and tweeters for the front and rear. In other words, people attending your backyard barbecue will have no problem hearing the tunes, and the same may be true of your neighbors.
The speaker also features the company’s Stack Mode, which allows for easy pairing with other Marshall speakers. It includes other Middleton units, Willen and Emberton II. We also enjoyed the multi-use joystick that can turn the device on, change volume, select tracks, and adjust bass and treble.
