Breville’s Smart Oven Air Fryer has a long list of cooking functions: toast, bagel, roast, bake, fry, warm, pizza, air fry, reheat, cookies and slow cook. The oven uses five quartz heating elements known for quick and consistent heating. For each mode, it uses algorithms to direct heat to where it is most needed.

The oven uses “super convection” technology to reduce cooking time by up to 30 percent. It speeds up cooking by lifting warmer air and sinking cooler, less dense air. It supports a wide temperature range from 120 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
The unit requires quite a bit of counter space: 18.9 inches wide x 15.9 inches deep x 10.9 inches high. But you can squeeze in six slices of pizza or toast, a whole chicken, or nine muffins instead. The Breville oven features a smooth-looking brushed stainless steel texture, including sleek-looking knobs and buttons and an interior light that automatically turns on at the end of a cooking cycle.
