This is a more affordable version of the Nest Learning Thermostat and should do the trick for many people. When you’re away from home, the Energy Star-certified Nest Thermostat can automatically adjust the temperature to save energy when heating or cooling.

The Nest app allows you to change settings remotely. This can be especially useful if you will be arriving home at a different time than usual. In addition to minimizing energy waste, you can delay the temperature change or start earlier to keep your home at the optimal heating level.

The thermostat can be controlled via Google Assistant and other Matter-certified assistants such as Siri and Alexa. There is also a Savings Finder feature. It provides suggestions on how to adjust your temperature schedule to keep your costs down.
