we were surprised how much we enjoyed this computer, because the larger screen really makes a significant difference compared to the standard MacBook Air. We found that the large display allowed us to use it for longer before tiring, which really contributed to the excellent battery life. This thing easily lasts an entire work day, with Apple touting 18 hours of battery life before requiring a charge.
One of our only complaints M2 MacBook Air it was about the chip itself, as the computer could struggle with certain intensive tasks. This was rectified by the inclusion of the M3 chip. It’s certainly not as powerful as the M3 Pro, but it certainly gets the job done and then some.
This is a fairly light computer despite its increased size. It weighs about three pounds and can easily slip into a bag. However, the extra size makes it a bit more difficult to carry than the 13-inch model. But it’s a trade-off with any 15-inch laptop. There is really only one serious downside to this model, and that is the placement of the port. The charging and USB-C ports are only on one side, which can be annoying when you have a lot of accessories to connect to a crowded desk.
This special deal is for the base model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of solid state storage. However, every iteration available on Amazon has been discounted. Don’t forget to pull that coupon.
