Samsung unveiled its Music Frame speaker last month, and now it’s finally making its first Amazon sale. A $23 coupon drops the device from $398 to $375 — more than $2 off the standard $400 retail price. Samsung introduced Music Frame for the first time After years of success with its Frame TVs at CES 2024 in January. The wireless speaker has two woofers, two tweeters and two midrange drivers. It uses Samsung’s SpaceFit software to calibrate based on your room and is compatible with Dolby Atmos audio. Unlike other smart speakers (or Samsung’s Frame TVs), a Music Frame actually requires a physical image placed inside it. Given its digital nature, it might look a little odd, but it helps it blend in better with other images. You can connect the Music Frame to your TV or phone and change the frame color to better match the surroundings.
we had a chance to see Music frame in conference action and found the speaker to have solid, clear sound quality with solid highs and mids. Bass was more subdued, but it wasn’t clear if that was due to the noisy environment.
