While more powerful massage guns are available, Therabody’s second-generation mini massage gun strikes a nice balance between power and portability. It’s 20 percent smaller and 30 percent lighter than its predecessor, measuring 5.55 x 4.92 x 1.93 inches and weighing one pound. This 2.0 model has a slightly longer battery life than the first Theragun Mini: up to 120 minutes from a full charge (via USB-C).
Therabody
It has three speeds ranging from 1750 to 2400 beats per minute (PPM). Its 12mm amplitude delivers a deep tissue massage to help you recover from exercise or soothe areas of common tension or chronic pain.
Although this model does not have a screen, it does have an LED speedometer. You can also pair it with the Therabody app via Bluetooth to control the device and perform guided massage treatments.
