With the presidential elections starting tomorrow, disinformation has increased significantly in the past few days. Late last week, the FBI, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said they were following up on the two crimes. else videos purporting to impersonate “Russian actors of influence,” including individuals from Haiti, illegally voting in multiple counties in Georgia.

Disney recently created a dedicated emerging technologies division. The group, called the Office of Technology Enablement, will coordinate the exploration, adoption and use of the company’s artificial intelligence, AR and VR technologies across all areas of Disney. A Disney spokesperson told Engadget that the Office of Technology Enablement will not take over existing AI and XR projects at the company. Instead, it will support other Disney teams, many of which are already working on products that use those technologies.
