Engadget

We read it a long time ago Praises Samsung’s The Frame TV. It boasts picture frame edges and an ultra-thin bezel to aid the illusion. The TV also mounts flush to the wall, so it can be placed almost anywhere. There is not even a large and common power cord. The TV connects via a thin wire that leads to an external receiver/port hub, which in turn goes to a power outlet. This wire is small enough to be easily hidden behind a plant or something, but it can also be slipped behind drywall and thrown elsewhere.

As for the TV specs, it’s a 4K QLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate in TV mode. In canvas mode, that refresh rate drops to 60Hz because there isn’t as much to refresh. The matte display also limits light reflection, increasing screen visibility in both TV and canvas mode. There is a caveat here. This sale is only for the 55-inch model, so larger TVs will still break the bank.
