Along with the 16GB Kindle Paperwhite, the bundle includes one year of Amazon Kids+ access, a child-friendly cover, and a two-year worry-free warranty. If the reader breaks for any reason during this period, Amazon will replace it. Amazon says all of this equates to a value of up to $263.

Amazon Kids+ usually costs $6 per month. Amazon says this includes thousands of kid-friendly books. Paperwhite is all about reading. So while Amazon Kids+ includes access to games, videos and apps on the Kindle Fire, there’s none of that here.
The it has several additional features called Vocabulary Builder and Word Wise to help develop young people’s reading skills. The reader also includes a font called OpenDyslexic, which Amazon says some dyslexic readers prefer.
