Here’s what a TV show based on Untitled Goose Game could have been like

Cast your mind back to 2019 with the idea of terrorizing a quaint English village with a loud, annoying gas. but it was short enough that it left me wanting more. In another universe, the TV adaptation had already happened. Although it’s not fully implemented here, we have a fun proof of concept to enjoy.

House House, the developer of the game, “proof of concept” for the hypothetical Headless Gas Program” Friday on the YouTube channel. Studio short film Playdate maker and Untitled Goose Game publisher Panic and animation house Chromosphere Studio. It’s a great four-minute clip and well worth your time. A gas is shown insulting a journalist and a security guard during a TV interview. The art style is beautiful, the Wallace and Gromit-esque humor is spot on, and the goose is as jerky as the game.

Unfortunately, House House says the show didn’t catch on and the contestants shelved the idea. But at least we get this very entertaining video from him. If nothing else, it reminded me that I should play the Panic edition it seems
