They claim that the design of the Nerf gun “DIRECTLY lifted a commission” they made in 2015, adding that the resemblance goes beyond mere “similarity” or “coincidence.”
Bungie released a statement about it said they are investigating the artist’s claims and will “share more about our next steps once we gather more information.” We’ve also reached out to Nerf’s parent company, Hasbro, for comment.
