With this feature, people over the age of 22 and undiagnosed can check for sleep apnea symptoms using their smart watches and phones. It looks for signs of moderate-to-severe OSA during a two-night monitoring period. To use this feature, users must track their sleep for more than four hours twice in ten days.
Samsung plans to add a sleep apnea monitoring tool to compatible Galaxy Watch wearables in the third quarter of 2024.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler sided with the SEC after Musk tried to challenge the subpoena, which he claimed was harassment and seeking irrelevant information. The SEC claims it has new documents related to the investigation and has additional questions for owner X.
