Black Friday is usually a good time to stock up on video games and gaming hardware at a discount, and this year should be no exception. If you’re looking to clear your backlog, pick up a new console, or update your desktop with new peripherals, below we’ve rounded up the best Black Friday gaming deals worth your attention.

8BitDo Retro Mechanical Keyboard (N Edition) for $60 ($40 off) at Woot: While not a top pick in any of our keyboard guides, the wireless 8BitDo Retro Mechanical Keyboard is still a great value for anyone looking to give their desk a more vintage look, as its keys and accents are inspired by Nintendo’s old NES console. It’s comfortable to type on and hot-swappable, although the standard keys are quite noisy. This discount is the lowest price we’ve seen.

ASUS TUF Gaming A16 Advantage Edition (2023) gaming laptop for $700 ($400 off) at Best Buy: Despite being a 2023 model, this configuration of the A16 should do the trick for value buyers. It comes with a 16-inch 165Hz 1920 x 1200 display, an AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor, 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and an AMD Radeon RX 7700S GPU. You’ll still have to deal with the usual compromises of a cheaper gaming laptop – it can get hot under load, it’s bulky, the keyboard isn’t great, and the screen is a bit dim. But it’s powerful enough to handle newer games at 1080p, the chassis feels generally solid, and the battery can reach double-digit hours when you’re not gaming. That discount is $20 higher than the configuration’s lowest price, but otherwise closes the best price we’ve seen.

LG 32GS95UV-W 32-inch Gaming Monitor for $1,000 ($400 off) at Amazon: This is a variant of the “no compromise” option in our guide best gaming monitors. It’s a high-end OLED panel with sharp 4K resolution and a fast 240Hz refresh rate, although it can switch to a super-smooth 480Hz if you drop to 1080p (and have a PC that can handle it). This is great if you spend a decent amount of time on esports-style games like Counter-Strike 2. Being an OLED monitor gives it great contrast with deep blacks, although it isn’t pretty much It’s as bright as several high-end OLEDs, which also use quantum dots to enhance colors. Still, if you have cash to burn and know you’ll be using dual refresh rate modes, it’s worth a look. This deal has been live for a month, but it represents an all-time low. Also at LG and Best Buy. The only difference with this model compared to the recommendation in our guide is that it has a white color and the built-in speakers are not as powerful.
