Netflix’s The Electric State trailer shows off cartoony robots and oversized VR headsets


The first trailer for Netflix has been released post-apocalyptic way From Marvel (and Community) are mainstays of The Russo Brothers. The look of the film draws a lot from it to oversized VR helmets. The robots, especially those accompanying Michelle, have a cartoon-inspired aesthetic that wouldn’t look out of place. Fallout. Meanwhile, the whole “famous song in a movie trailer slowed down” thing might have jumped the shark with Oasis’ version of “Champagne Supernova.” Of course, it fits the conditions of the 90s, but as soon as I recognized it, I couldn’t help myself.

The movie has one hell of a cast. In addition to Brown and Pratt, it stars Ke Huy Quan, Jason Alexander, Woody Harrelson, Anthony Mackie, Brian Cox, Jenny Slate, Giancarlo Esposito and Stanley Tucci. Electric state It airs on Netflix on March 14.
