Samsung TV Plus, the company’s FAST live TV program pre-installed on their televisionsdoes get more K-drama. More than 4,000 hours of K-Drama, K-Thriller, K-Crime and K-Romance from Samsung’s home country of South Korea were added to the ad-supported streaming app on Thursday.
The content comes from collaborations with “Korea’s most popular production companies,” including CJ ENM, NEW ID, and distribution company KT Alpha. Includes newly added series Voice 4, A dark hole and Suffering is at Your Service (a great title if ever there was one). A psychological thriller Beyond Evil will come soon.
New unrecorded shows are also part of the package. These include series such as cooking entertainment Genius Paik and Three meals a dayalong with traveling shows House on wheels and You’s Kitchen.
Samsung says it now has the best library of NEW ID and KT Alpha K-Movies in the US. Award winning Burning (starring Steven Yeun), Taxi driver (Kang-ho Song, not De Niro) and conspiracy (starring Squid Game Lee Jung-jae) is now among those on Samsung TV Plus.
