While you won’t find many official discounts on the new Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 yet, you can get a free $30 Amazon gift card.
We gave away the Google Pixel Buds Pro 2, the company’s first earbuds with a built-in Tensor chip. . Engadget’s senior reporter Billy Steele praised the comfortable design and sound quality (“riveting bass, full mids, punchy highs”). These features alone make the upgrade worthwhile. Longer battery life than the previous model is a definite plus, but you’ll also get hands-free access to Gemini AI on a compatible device.
On the downside, spatial audio is currently only available for video streaming apps, but not audio, so it’s weird. You’ll also need to be more precise when using the touch controls because there’s a smaller panel to work with. Google also bumped up the price with the latest version of the Pixel Buds Pro, but at least a $30 gift card makes up for it.
