Mattel’s latest Polly Pocket collaboration a Stranger Things game set It is home to the fictional town of Hawkins and the Alt-Down in a radio-like compact. This week’s set features figurines of Eleven, Mike, Dustin, Lucas and Will, along with a not-so-threatening interpretation of the Demogorgon. Pre-orders for the $50 collection are now open through Mattel Creations and major retailers including Walmart and Target. Shipping is expected to begin later this month.
The set also includes some small rations, bikes, a wig for Eleven, and a little stack of waffles. The compact even has a cut-out mini sensor deprivation tank on either side that houses an Eleven figurine, and a board with a slot for the Demogorgon to explode. The packaging it comes in is designed to look like a retro tape recorder. It’s all painfully sweet. Now can we get that fifth season soon, please?
