The PS5 Pro will be announced in mid-September and will likely hit store shelves in time for the holiday season. . Information A who has pretty good record to leak upcoming games and hardware.
Here’s what the leaker revealed. Take all of this with a grain of salt, because this isn’t coming from Sony. First of all, it will actually be called the PS5 Pro. It was supposed to be based on the PS4 Pro, but we didn’t have any actual naming details. The user claims to have access to the packaging design, but does not feel comfortable sharing copyrighted images. Instead, they sketched the packaging as seen below.
As you can see, the design is similar to PS5 Slim with white color. We don’t know if it will be available in other colors besides white. There are three black stripes in the middle with a new design element. These strips may double as cooling vents, but again, we don’t know.
The leaker also doesn’t know if the console will have a disc drive, though it’s theorized that it could ship without one to cut costs. It’s equally unclear whether there will be two versions of the PS5 Pro, one with a disc drive and a digital-only edition.
Adidas x PS5… (no, just kidding) 😅
The wait is over!
It took me a while to finish the drawing,
Here is the final design of the PS5 Pro, including many other details:

The report also suggests that the console will ship with the same standard DualSense controller that came with the original PS5 and PS5 Slim. However, the leaker does not provide any information regarding the internal specifications. In other words, we’re still (mostly) in the dark about the “Pro” part of the PS5 Pro.
To that end, there are other leaks hinting at the console’s power. In March, a YouTuber leaked official documents from Sony explaining some of the console’s features. The document is believed to be legitimate IGN and other siteshowever, the video has since been removed at Sony’s request.
The video suggested that the upcoming console will have the same CPU as the standard PS5, but will have a “High CPU Frequency Mode” that boosts the chipset by ten percent to 3.85GHz. The GPU is also reported to be powered by 33.5 teraflops compared to the standard PS5’s 10.28 teraflops.
This does not mean that the PS5 Pro will perform three times better than the regular PS5. There have been recent changes to AMD’s architecture that make it difficult to directly compare teraflops between the PS5 and PS5 Pro. . Offers a 45 percent increase in leak rendering.

Anyway, so it seems (or even days) away from Sony’s official announcement. Here’s hoping the PS5 Pro definitely won’t .
