Telegram CEO Pavel Durov was arrested at an airport near Paris on Saturday as part of a preliminary investigation into the app’s neglect of moderation and failure to prevent possible criminal activity. it was reported by French news agencies BFM and TF1. Telegram has also been accused of not cooperating with the police. Durov was taken into custody after arriving at Le Bourget airport by private plane. Reuters informed.
