The Epic Games Store’s latest freebies are The Callisto Protocol and the revived MOBA Gigantic

The best thing about free games suggestions are that they are truly yours to last forever. They are not locked behind any subscription. The only form of payment you provide is a little personal information in the form of your email address and everything else required to create an Epic account. If you haven’t already, it might be worth signing up they are quite remarkable.

First Callisto Protocola from Dead Space co-creator Glen Schofield. It is cut from the same cloth Dead Spacebut – stellar visuals aside – . (Actually, A Dead Space It was a remake that came shortly after .) Still, it can now be yours for absolutely zilch.

Callisto Protocol Epic’s free-to-play line has been hit, just as the studio behind it has announced a spinoff . A title to follow from Striking Distance, not managed by Schofield is a stylized, rogue dungeon crawler where you play as a prison guard.

You must survive the threat of infected prisoners and escape from the penitentiary on Callisto, Jupiter’s icy moon. [REDACTED] It will be released on October 31st on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

This week’s other Epic Games Store freebies are also interesting. It’s called a MOBA-hero shooter hybrid Huge has a long and complicated history. To keep things short, the game that debuted in 2017 was killed in 2018 and was revived this year under a different studio. I played a bit and found the matches to be fun and chaotic.

Original Huge it was free to play. During the revival – dubbing Gigantic: Rampage Edition usually costs $20, has zero microtransactions. That way you won’t have to worry about being nickel and dimed once you claim it.

You’ll have until August 29 to grab these two games. There are also good things to look forward to on the Epic Games Store next week. Starting August 29, you can a Fallout package included Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics free along with the arcade-style soccer game called Wild Card Soccer.
