The company said it will provide updates to a number of games as a digital showcase Titan Quest II, Hunter’s way, Disney Epic Mickey: Updated and the upcoming remake Gothic 1. The press release indicates that there will be more games highlighted during the event, but does not reveal the names. He also says there will be “new announcements.”
The room here has an elephant in the shape of a car. A press release advertising the event is titled “(H)e Day of Reckoning Approaches.” It’s almost a reference to the company’s long-running racing franchise, Wreckfest. Are we getting a sequel or maybe a remake? Time will tell.
Not that much time though. The broadcast officially starts at 3:00 PM ET, but there is a pre-show at 2:45 ET hosted by HandyGames. A subsidiary of THQ Nordic is responsible for titles like this one Lock’s Quest and Townspeople – Rebuilt Kingdomamong others.
One last thing. If you’re into puzzles or web-based mysteries, THQ Nordic has hinted at something else that will be covered during the event. The Wheel of fortune-esque teaser simply says “_ _ e E _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ e _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _”. Make of it what you will.
