The Beats Fit Pro earbuds drop to a new low of $140

The Beats Fit Pro is a great set of headphones, especially if you have a variety of Apple devices. Now is a better time than ever to grab a set, as they’re down to their lowest price ever. It is a white option . That’s $60 off the regular price and $10 less than what we saw during Prime Day.

This is our choice and gave the earphones . Our main takeaway is that they offer all the key features of Apple AirPods (which owns Apple Beats) without sticking to the questionable root design. Instead, the Beats Fit Pro have a wingtip design so they stay securely in your ears even during heavy workouts. The IPX4 rating helps protect them from sweat and splashes from any angle.

The Beats Fit Pro has solid sound quality with powerful bass, and surround sound support is a neat feature. While you can’t really fully customize the equalizer settings, the Adaptive EQ feature helps keep the sound quality good no matter what you’re listening to. Active noise cancellation and transparency modes are also winners in our book. Battery life isn’t too shabby at six hours, with the charging case adding up to an extra 21 hours.

Apple fans can make the most of these, as the headphones pair almost instantly with the iPhone and the company’s other products. The headset will automatically switch between iPhone, iPad and Mac depending on which device you’re using. You can also control the headphones from system settings — Apple users don’t need to download a separate app. However, Android users can also get a lot out of the Beats Fit Pro. Thanks to a companion app, there’s support for quick pairing and control customizations, and you’ll also get a battery status indicator.

On the downside, the controls can be overly sensitive. It’s very easy to accidentally press the earpieces while adjusting them, which is a nuisance. The charging case feels relatively cheap compared to the solid build quality of the earphones. Those controversies aside, the Beats Fit Pro is a strong choice for anyone looking for great performing headphones, or headphones in general.
