It’s mid-summer for us in the Northern Hemisphere, which means many of us are getting outside and making the most of the warm weather. This model is a strong choice for iPhone users as it is MagSafe compatible. According to Anker, thanks to its decent-sized battery, you’ll be able to charge the iPhone 15 Pro 1.7 times and the iPhone 15 Pro Max 1.2 times. The company also suggests that the power bank can add up to 22 hours of video playback time to the iPhone 14.
The power bank provides 7.5 W wireless charging. It won’t easily come off the back of an iPhone because it has 10N of magnetic strength, which is more than Apple’s own MagSafe charger.
The downside is that you need a compatible device to use it. Anker 334 MagGo Battery only works with iPhone 12 and later models. If you have something that isn’t compatible with MagSafe, you’ll need to remove that first as well. Also, wireless charging is slower than just plugging in your phone, but that’s perhaps less of a concern when you’re out camping for a weekend.
