Blizzard shows off Overwatch 2 Transformers skins in animated trailer


Blizzard and Hasbro have revealed their Transformers skins Overwatch 2an upcoming collaboration with the popular mecha toy franchise. Two companies published one animated trailer above Overwatch Today, the YouTube channel showcases skins based on three Autobots and one Decepticon.

The trailer shows that Transformers skins have been assigned to Reinhardt, Bastion, Illari and Ramratta – four characters who were previously robots or armored humans. Reinhardt will cosplay Optimus Prime, the fearless leader of the Autobots; Bastion will be Bumblebee; Illari will be pretty in pink as Arcee; and Ramratta will be the feared Decepticon leader Megatron. Many Overwatch 2 players are waiting to see how compatible the Transformers skins will be with the game Aim and click, collect and restore mechanic in actual game.

The Transformers crossover follows the game Cooperation with Porsche in May, which turned the latest models of the German company’s cars into a souped-up skin for D.Va and Phara (pun totally intended). Earlier this year, players had to dress up Cassidy as Spike Siegel and Ashe as Faye Valentine. Cowboy Bebop cooperation, among other characters from the classic anime.
