It was a hot minute after we got something new Resident Evil the game. Still, it’s hard to blame Capcom for this – Resident Evil: The Village has set such a high bar for future sequels, depending on what hypothetical stick-based sport you’re playing in your head.
Capcom finally confirmed it Resident Evil 9 is on the way, and they’ve found a veteran director to helm their tenth zombie adventure shooter. IGN Capcom has confirmed news of a sequel in Summer 2024.
Director Koshi Nakanishi will be in charge of the new one Resident Evil the game. Nakanishi is over decades of experience directing Resident Evil including games Mercenaries 3d For Nintendo 3DS, Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. “We’re making a new Resident Evil,” Nakanishi said. “It was really hard to figure out what to do after 7, but I figured it out and honestly, it feels important. I can’t share any details yet, but I hope you’re excited for the day when I can.”
Capcom has released many remasters of some of the biggest gaming classics. During the same broadcast, Capcom also announced the re-release of the first one Dead Rising he called Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster For PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. New voice acting, updated HD graphics and fluffy poodles.
Capcom also announced a demo for the Japanese-inspired strategy action game Kunitsu-Gami: The Way of the Goddess and reissue Resident Evil: Biohazard For Apple mobile devices and Apple computers.
