Behavior Interactive just announced Dead in daylight crossover that brings everyone’s favorite looter/archaeologist Lara Croft into the game. Tomb Raider expansion It starts working on July 16 and introduces a younger and tougher version of the character as seen in the new collected titles Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy.
This is technically Croft’s first foray into horror, but he’s no stranger to cold-blooded murders. Throughout the franchise, It killed nearly 3,000 people. He is a bigger killer than Jason Voorhees, Freddy Krueger and Michael Myers. He even signed up to fight in the Call of Duty franchise. In other words, Croft will be protected at home from Leatherface, Pinhead and others other horror symbols displayed in the game.
Dead by Deadlight does currently participating in an inspired chapter Dungeons and Dragons, complete with killer Vecna and many new maps. So the addition of a non-horror character like Croft isn’t much of a surprise. There is also a chapter inspired by Castlevania will come at the end of the yeardetails will be announced in August.
There’s only one problem with this Tomb Raider crossover. Survivors Dead in daylight they are usually unarmed and Lara Croft likes her guns, knives and bows. It’s going to be weird to control a Croft that’s scary and unarmed, isn’t it? I guess we’ll find out on July 16th. Also, for those wondering, the devs still haven’t added the long-requested Jason to the killer lineup.
