watchOS 11 includes a new Vitals app to see all your key health metrics


A new app for Apple Watch will help you get a better overview of your health and fitness levels. The new Vitals app synthesizes details from your Health and Fitness data. During a keynote at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on Monday, Apple announced new features coming to watchOS 11.

In addition to the new Vitals app, the Activity app gets new capabilities like Training Load, which measures the intensity and duration of your workout to see how it affects you over time. The app will use data like heart rate and pace, as well as your personal information like age and weight, to assign a rating for each exercise from one (easy) to ten (all). In your post-workout summary, you can see if you’re training above or below average.

Using your iPhone, you can set more customizations and customizations, such as adjusting your goals for the day of the week. You can even set days off and depend on your lanes.
