A massively popular free-to-play tactical shooter Valorant does finally coming to consolesas announced On stage at Summer Game Fest. The game will be available in limited beta for both Xbox Series X/S and PS5 starting June 14th. Once the beta is over and Riot Games has ironed out all the bugs based on player feedback, it will be available globally to all users. .

It won’t allow cross-play, but it will allow linked inventory and shared gameplay. Riot has promised that both console and PC players will receive simultaneous updates, with patches, agents, maps, and premium content dropping at the same time.
“We knew we had to be able to deliver the same uncompromising, competitive experience we’ve been delivering to PC gamers for years: a precise, team-based, tactical shooter,” said Arnar Gylfason, director of production at Riot Games. “We hope we have achieved that, but our players will have the final say.”
