Apple will reportedly offer higher trade-in credit for old iPhones for the next two weeks

If you’ve been using an older model, it might be a good time to finally upgrade your iPhone. Bloombergof Mark Gurman, Apple will be offering slightly more than usual on some trade-ins in the US and Canada starting next week. The company itself has not said anything about the promotion, but according to Gurman, any model in the iPhone 15 series will be offered in-store to customers who will use the credit. This will reportedly continue from this Monday until June 3.

apple lists trade-in values for all iPhone models back to the iPhone 7 on its website. An old one costs $50 right now, while a newer model is like a year and a half old iPhone 14. The Pro Max has an estimated retail value of up to $630. Of course, online calculations aren’t always the result you get, but it gives you an idea. It’s unclear how much those numbers will increase, as Apple hasn’t said anything about a temporary price increase.
