JetBlue , complete with new branding. Now it’s called Blueprint, and it brings a few features that will make your next flight less tiring. The biggest news here is a viewing party feature that allows customers to watch the same TV show or movie with up to five other people.
It’s actually pretty cool, because looking at things with friends and family on a long flight usually requires a “simultaneous push-up game and hope no one goes to the bathroom” method. The watch party feature includes functionality that pauses content for all viewers if they need to take a break to deal with the existential panic of being six miles above the ground. It works regardless of where the seats are.

The watch party tool is just one aspect of the updated in-flight entertainment experience. The system will now provide content recommendations based on previous browsing history as it will be tied to individual accounts. This means customers can save their favorite movies and shows to watch again. It also means that people can pick up where they left off from one flight to another. JetBlue says this can be useful for a connecting flight or even a trip a few months later.
JetBlue has a content partnership with Peacock, so customers can access the broadcaster’s catalog during flights. Both of and Hard jams during flight. The company also hinted at more “exclusive entertainment and offers” coming to Blueprint in the future.
As for availability, the Blueprint AVANT is ready to go on JetBlue planes with seatback touchscreens. This includes the Airbus A321neo, Airbus A321LR (Long Range) and Airbus A220.
