Lexar’s Professional 1066x The card is now down to $76.49 on Amazon. That’s the lowest price we’ve tracked for this model, and about $9 below the card’s typical price street price. It comes as part of a discount wider sales at the Lexar storage facility starting Sunday for World Backup Day, a commemorative event that intends to raise awareness of data protection and protection. (Seagate, decisive and other storage manufacturers are still selling.)

Professional 1066x is not an official option for us microSD card buying guidesince it’s a bit slower than our top picks, Samsung’s Pro Plus and Pro Ultimate, especially in terms of consistent read speeds (important when you want to access large files stored on the card). Again, none of these cards are available in 1TB capacity – It will be Pro Plus, but by the end of this year – and the Lexar model didn’t lag drastically in our benchmark tests. For Switch or similar devices Steam deck It’ll be good enough to cover microSD cards at standard UHS-I speeds, or even shoot more casual 4K video. we will note that some 1TB cards it’s available for less, but among the models we tested, it’s a solid value for those who need high capacity above all else.
