The 30 percent discount doesn’t bring the earbuds to an all-time low, but it’s the cheapest price we’ve seen the Google Pixel Buds Pro so far this year.
The Google Pixel Buds Pro scored a point 87 in our review thanks to the addition of solid active noise cancellation (ANC), a powerful base and reliable touch control. This generation is the first to include ANC, which may be reason enough to consider an upgrade. The headphones are also a good choice for working out as they offer IPX4 water resistance.
Pixel Buds Pro also offers wireless charging and a quick charge function that allows the headphones to provide up to an hour of ANC listening in five minutes. Speaking of charging, Google can charge the earbuds for 11 hours and a total of 31 hours with the case boosted.
However, there are still a few aspects that Google needs to work on, e.g spatial audioneeds more support to work well. There’s also call quality that’s far from the clearest of all headphones on the market. But with a $61 discount, those issues become less of a deal.
