The headphones boast the best active noise cancellation that rivals many on-ear headphones. That’s the main reason why the Bose QuietComfort Ultra line made our list best wireless headphones.
However, there is much more to like here. We called spatial audio capabilities our official review, thanks to virtualization software that works to place the listener in the middle of the acoustic sweet spot, requiring no custom-made content. Battery life is spot on, sound quality is excellent, and touch controls allow users to easily change volume, stream songs, and answer calls. These are great headphones.
However, they are not perfect headphones. As mentioned, battery life is great, with a few trips to the charging case getting anywhere between 16 and 24 hours before needing juice. However, using the spatial audio feature drastically reduces battery life, so be careful when enabling the various modes. There is no wireless charging out of the box like this feature $50 silicone cover required for the charging case. Still, if wireless charging is a must, today’s deal saves $50.
