Dyson’s high-end vacuums might normally seem like a bit of a splurge, but today’s deal only brings the V15 Detect down to a more manageable price. The It’s $180 off a deal from QVC. Normally $750, the V15 Detect is currently just $570 — the lowest we’ve seen in a while. , when it drops to $550. But the deal will only last until the end of the day, so don’t take too long to think about it. Dyson’s V15 Detect is a cordless, stick vacuum with an LED light on the head to expose all the invisible dirt hanging around your floors.

The Dyson V15 Detect not only absorbs the dirt in your home, but also analyzes it to report on what it’s cleaning. On the back is an LCD display that shows the particle count and the breakdown of the different particle size groups. The display will also tell you how much time is left to charge it. Dyson says it runs for up to 60 minutes on average, optimizing suction and run time based on the level of mess it’s tasked with cleaning.
Fantastic extra features aside, it’s a real powerhouse when it comes to cleanliness. Mat Smith of Engadget and says it’s the most powerful vacuum he’s ever used, even competing with heavier plug-in vacuums. There are three cleaning modes to choose from: Eco, Auto and Boost. The vacuum cleaner’s brush bar has an anti-tangle design to better handle things like hair that tend to stick. For households that need to tackle the problem with more muscle, there’s also a separate hair screw tool included in the V15’s accessories.
The Dyson V15 Detect comes with a crevice tool to help get into hard-to-reach areas, and it can be converted into a handheld vacuum for small jobs. Also included in the box is a wall dock, combination tool and charging adapter.
